Ode to Rest : A Day Retreat to Relax and Renew

Ode to rest is an invitation to peace and quiet, an invitation to slow down... A break from our hectic daily lives. I invite you to enjoy a day of total relaxation in our secluded retreat  space in  nature.

Imagine a day with no obligations, nothing to do, nowhere to go.

Here and now, enjoy the silence, the soothing activities, let go and let yourself be completely relaxed.

This day will also be an opportunity to get together with our international community in a relaxed atmosphere and exchange experiences about living abroard.

All our classes and sessions will be held in English.

In the afternoon, you'll be totally free to put together your own retreat, following the programme on offer or deciding to escape for a moment to enjoy the garden, take time out to read or even have a walk in the nearby forest...

The programme includes :

A meditation session, a Yin Yoga class (a gentle, minimalist practice that deeply releases tension) A breathing workshop to learn how to manage everyday stress. A vegetarian lunch prepared by us on loctaion. A Restorative Yoga session to prepare body and mind for the Yoga Nidra session (deep relaxation for body and mind).
