I'm Anna, certified yoga teacher, clinical psychologist, and mindfulness coach.
Originally from France and now residing in Zeist (The Netherlands), I bring a unique blend of cultural and professional influences to my practice.
It was after my pregnancy that I discovered yoga, which not only brought me back home to myself but also opened up a new career path.
Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, I incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices into my work. Mindfulness has shown me how to reconnect with the essence of life and find balance in my daily experiences.
I firmly believe that a single act of kindness can cause ripples of healing and transform lives.
When you work with me, my intention is for you to feel seen, heard, understood, guided, and most importantly, safe.
I strive to create a nurturing space where you can embark on your healing journey with empathy and support.

I have participated to a mini-retreat lead by Anna, end of October, named “Ode à la paresse: An afternoon retreat for our French speaking community" which was incredible! Working mum of two young boys, I am so happy I took this time for myself. That afternoon was everything I needed. I love Anna's energy: calm, kind and yet cheerful. I came back home both relaxed and energized. I can't wait to do another retreat with Anna!
I highly recommend Anna’s yoga therapy sessions. They have helped me tremendously with my insomnia and chronic anxiety. I’m looking forward to every Wednesday evening.

Anna is a very good yoga teacher and a nice person. Both the relaxing classes and the more intense classes are great. She always pays close attention to the people present and adjusts the level and rhythm of the class accordingly. You always feel welcome, seen, heard and guided. Through a friend, I came to Anna for yoga. And I never left. I take several types of classes with Anna: Nidra, Yin, Flow. Delightful! Anna makes you feel welcome, allows you to explore your own limits without judgement and is so caring. Always checking that you are comfortable. She feels free to bring an extra block or pillow. Or tuck your feet under the blanket for Savasana.
